Tom is a serial entrepreneur, CEO, fundraiser, and technology executive.
Most recently, Tom was CEO of Gemr, based in Nashua, NH where he rebuilt the business and oversaw $7M of fundraising. He rebuilt and restaffed its engineering and marketing teams and oversaw the re-design of the firm’s product and marketing strategy, develop budgets, etc.
Before that he co-founded and was COO of Eldarion, an applications development and services company, where he was instrumental in its capital raise and launching of the Company and its services. He managed all aspects of client projects including staffing, team management, budgeting, and execution.
Tom previously was Engineering Services Manager and Principal Software Engineer with Dell Equalogic Storage where he managed an engineering support team and had responsibility for a number of other projects. Before that he was a Consulting Software Engineer with EMC, and prior to that he was a Senior Development Tools Architect for Cadence Design Systems.
Tom founded and was CEO of Lexington Software Associates where he raised venture capital and lead the firm’s marketing efforts, achieving high customer satisfaction and an 80% repeat business rate. He played the critical role in realizing a very high return on investment for the firm’s owners and investors. He successfully sold the company to Interwoven where he remained as Director of Northeast Professional Services and oversaw the hiring and management of additional staff.
Tom received his AS in Applied Electronics Technology from New Hampshire Technical College (Great Bay Community College).

Andy has more than 30 years of experience in consulting, investment banking , business development, raising venture capital and investing in early and mid-stage companies.
He has co-founded a number of venture capital funds, the most recent being Arctaris Income Fund which provided innovative royalty mezzanine funding to over a dozen middle market companies in which Arctaris was the lead investor, with additional institutional investors participating. He also co-founded Brook Venture Fund II, a $100M SBIC, and Brook Fund I, a $35M venture capital and co-investment fund. Further, Andy formed more than 15 sidecar LP’s that co-invested with the funds he managed.
Andy was a partner with Downer & Co. where he established and managed the sell-side practice of this Boston and Paris based transatlantic M&A firm. He served as President of Equifax Research, a division of Equifax where he led 3 acquisitions as well as oversaw the development of the insurance industry’s first AI-based underwriting system. Andy also served as Manager of the Corporate Development Practice at Arthur D. Little where he assisted developed diversification and growth strategies for their clients, while also developing entry strategies for European firms expanding into the U.S. market.
Andy serves as a mentor with MassChallenge; as a member of the Small Business Association of New England; and as a director of the New England Venture Capital Association. He founded and was president of the Boston chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and is an advisor to YoungStartup which holds venture events in Boston, New York and California.
He has authored several white papers on royalty financing and raising capital and is a frequent speaker on venture capital and corporate finance. He currently or previously has served on numerous boards of several companies.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clarkson University and an MBA from Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Glenn has considerable experience in the funding, development, operation and exit of numerous managed services and cloud-based technology startups.
Over 30 years, he has invented entirely new business models and led them into substantial ventures on behalf of world-class customers and investors.
Glenn's numerous founding ventures include CRE Global Enterprises LLC, Hipercept Solutions LLC, FUEL Enterprises LLC (all three acquired by Realpage, NYSE:RP), Realm Business Solutions (acquired by Altus Group, AIF.TO: TSX), rCash (acquired by Yardi Systems), KLIK Technologies (acquired by Union Bank and subsequently CheckAlt), Vizables, The Montauk Group (acquired by bfinance and now Redbridge), NOI Strategies (acquired by CohnReznick), Hipercept Applications (acquired by CRE Global Enterprises), SiiLA, LifesTiles and Brightside Venture Capital.
Glenn has provided mission-critical technology applications and managed services to many of the most recognized names in global commercial real estate and Fortune 500 companies. He has extensive experience in technology platform design; CRE asset valuation & forecasting, portfolio valuation & forecasting, and investment management; outsourcing services; financial processing; private equity, venture capital and finance; treasury management, cash management and banking relationship management; information systems management; cloud software solution design; corporate operations.

Demos is a Venture Partner with Brightside where he brings extensive corporate management experience in the retail and e-commerce space, having driven the growth, profitability and business transformation for a number of large companies. Additionally, he is an active investor in and advisor to a number of early-stage companies.
He most recently was CEO of Barnes & Noble where he developed a strategic turnaround plan to address declining sales, profits and market share at the Fortune 500 bookseller. Before joining Barnes & Noble, he was President, North American Stores & Online at Staples where he worked for 28 years and also led a retail/e-tail transformation plan that included developing flexible, higher-profit store formats and new services at more than 1,800 stores. He began his career in the executive training program at Macy’s New York.
Demos has been on the Modell’s Board of Advisors since 2012, and served on the boards at Barnes & Noble and KeyCorp where he was also on the Risk Committee. He was an executive partner to the board at Staples as well as the executive sponsor of Staples’ Latino Associate Resource Group and a member of the Staples Foundation for Learning board. Demos received a Bachelor of Science in Management from New York University and participated in the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
